How do I add and change schedules on the platform?

Learn how to manage your schedules simply and efficiently on the platform, using the available addition and change options.

Add Hours: From the menu, click on "My Availability" and enter the days of the week and times that you are available for appointments. To ensure that these hours are visible to customers and allow for scheduling, click the "Save" button after setting your desired hours.

Change Schedules: If you need to adjust a schedule that has already been set, go back to "My Availability" and select the schedule for the day of the week you want to change. You can update the service hours or remove availability for that day. Remember to click "Save" so that the changes are automatically reflected for customers.

Availability Exceptions: If there is a trip, event, or appointment on a specific day that changes your regular availability, add that date as an exception. Go to "My Availability" and enter the dates when your availability will be different from your usual weekly schedule. These exceptions ensure that clients can't schedule during these temporary periods without affecting your default availability setting for the following weeks.
