The anamnesis is automatic. As soon as the client schedules the session, he/she is informed that the anamnesis is available to be answered.
This allows the client to arrive at the session with the form already filled out, optimizing the time spent on the session. If the client has not completed the anamnesis in advance, they can still complete it with you during the session.
The anamnesis is accessible in the " Control Panel" and in the details of the already scheduled session.
