The voucher corresponds to a session that you receive when you cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance or when the therapist cancels the session. It allows you to reschedule a new appointment with the same therapist within 30 days at no additional cost. After this period, the voucher expires and can no longer be used.
To access your vouchers, go to the "My Wallet" page, where you can view the available vouchers and schedule a new session by clicking the "Schedule Session" button inside the voucher. Additionally, on this same page, you can view your latest purchases on the platform.
It is important to note that only paid sessions generate vouchers; pro bono clients do not receive this option.
