Reminder Notifications : On the day you schedule your appointment, you will receive a notification with the time, contact details and name of your therapist. As your session approaches, additional reminders will be sent, and the last reminder notification will include a direct link to TRG Club, making it easier to access the platform at the time of your session.

Access via Control Panel : In addition to notifications, you can access the session directly via the Control Panel on TRG Club. Log in to the platform, go to the Control Panel and click on the "Join" button, which will be available 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
