I am a customer. Can I cancel a session?

Yes, you can cancel a session, as long as you do so within 7 days of purchase and at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session date and time. If these conditions are met, you will receive a voucher , which can be used to reschedule a new session with the same therapist within 30 days, as long as the session has been paid for. The voucher will be available on the “My Wallet” page.

Cancellation can be done by accessing the “My Sessions” page or, if the session is close, through the “Control Panel” . When you find the session you want to cancel, click on the session details, select the “Cancel” option and follow the instructions until the cancellation is confirmed.

It is important to note that if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session date and time, you will not be entitled to a voucher and the session will be forfeited. Pro bono sessions do not generate vouchers , and the benefit of the rescheduling voucher is only valid for paid sessions.
